How come we can recognise that it is the external factors - from money struggles to the wellbeing of our loved ones to systemic oppressions and fundamental lack of sense of safety - that drive us to the states of unwellness, but then, in the same breath, we view our unwellness as some sort of flaw or failure within ourselves?
I offer no solutions in my monologue.
It's an unscripted and unfiltered stream of consciousness.
An invitation for a dialogue.
A seed.
Some hope.
